The wind of liberalization and globalization is creating a fast changing business scenario. This is leading to the emergence of some critical managerial issues and the development of many new management approaches. The emerging management issues signify change, complexity, and multiplicity demanding high degree of responsiveness, adaptiveness, and openness in management.

A radical change is taking place in management thought shattering the older paradigms leading to evolution of a new management paradigm.
