Organisational Award is the Benchmark Flexibility Practices Award, which is planned to be launched from year 2002. A basic model of flexibility assessment is being researched which will provide various modules, factors and instruments to asses the flexibility at the enterprise level and its impact on performance.

Such an assessment will aid the nominating organisation to find out their areas of strengths and weakness with respect to flexibility practices. The best practices of these organisation can be shared for larger learning with the consent of the respective organisation.
